Our client is a manufacturer of industrial HVAC systems.This role is ideal for an Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical) with experience in Sales and Project Management.
You will significantly influence the company's technological direction and enhance its capabilities and technical expertise, particularly in a field where the company is a leading innovator in South Africa.RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead the Technical and Installation teams as a Project and Sales Engineer and interact with clients.Innovate designs of integrated Industrial HVAC systems (including Ammonia refrigeration).Quote customers, finalize project scopes, and oversee projects to completion with Technicians and Installation teams.Your specific responsibilities:Quote customers on large HVAC systems for the fishing and marine industry.Manage projects, including procurement of local and international parts.Improve the flow of Integrated Heating systems by collaborating with programmers and simplifying system design to make it more accessible and user-friendly.Manage some local parts procurement (built to draw).Manage certain locally ordered consumable parts.Set price lists for specialized Central Heating parts.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree (preferably BSc or minimum BTech), with a 4-year program.Experience with Industrial HVAC systems and Ammonia refrigeration equipment.Strong experience in Project Management, Sales, Control Systems, Fluid Dynamics, Heat Transfer, and construction.Proven success in project execution and customer relationship management.Create a job alert for this searchSales Engineer • Cape Town, South Africa
