We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive deal flow in the enterprise and large SME markets .

Role Overview As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Talent Sam, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities.
This role requires a highly experienced SDR who understands enterprise sales dynamics and can build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
You will leverage best-in-class SDR tools and strategies to drive high-quality deal flow.
What You'll Do Outbound Prospecting: Develop and execute multi-channel outreach strategies (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, etc.)
to engage enterprise and large SME prospects.
Lead Research & Qualification: Identify high-potential accounts, conduct in-depth research, and qualify leads based on key sales criteria.
Pipeline Generation: Generate and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities to hand off to the sales team.
Tech-Savvy Outreach: Utilize best-in-class SDR tools (e.g., Outreach.io, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to optimize outreach campaigns.
Enterprise & Large SME Sales Focus: Understand complex sales cycles and tailor messaging for C-level and VP decision-makers.
Collaboration with Sales & Marketing: Work closely with the company Founder, Account Executives and the marketing team to refine messaging, positioning, and lead generation strategies.
Metrics & Optimization: Track and analyze outreach performance, conversion rates, and iterate strategies to maximize efficiency.
Who You Are Proven Experience: 3+ years of SDR experience in B2B sales , specifically targeting the enterprise and large SME markets.
SDR Tech Stack Mastery: Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with SDR tools like Outreach.io, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong.io, and Orum.
Cold Calling Expert: Comfortable making high-volume cold calls and navigating complex sales conversations.
Enterprise Sales Exposure: Experience working in an international company selling to the US market .
Metrics-Driven: Strong track record of exceeding SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) and pipeline targets .
Excellent Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Resilient & Self-Motivated: Driven to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
Nice to Have Experience selling HRTech, Recruitment, or SaaS solutions .
Prior experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies .
Experience using Close.com CRM Location: Remote (15:00-23:00 SA time) Job Type: Full-time
