Our client is looking for a Sales/Design Consultant to join their team in Stikland Industrial, Cape Town. The company specializes in kitchen and cupboard manufacturing, offering exceptional design services. They seek an independent and self-disciplined individual with a flair for design and a strong customer-focused approach. The ideal candidate will have experience in kitchen design and sales, with the ability to manage projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Discuss project requirements with clients.
Prepare designs and specifications for the design team.
Manage customer quotes, contracts, and payments.
Meet sales targets and seek new business opportunities.
Build a network with architects and builders.
Oversee projects from inception to completion.
Manage client expectations and provide regular feedback.
Address and communicate any issues that arise during the project.
Requirements:
Computer literacy.
Mandatory kitchen design experience.
3-8 years of experience in the kitchen/manufacturing industry.
Strong problem-solving ability.
High attention to detail.
Familiarity with kitchen installation processes.
Own transport.
An interior design qualification is advantageous.
Sales or project management experience is advantageous.
