Sales ConsultantReports to the Branch Manager for the Table View BranchMain purpose of job:Sell new and upgrade alarm systems, additions, CCTV systems, Electric Fences and link ups to new and existing clientsQualification & experience:Previous sales experience, with proof of sales track recordKnowledge of DSC, CADDX, IDS alarm systems, advantageousMatricJob requirements & other attributes:Computer Literate (MS Office, Email and Internet)Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skillsPresentable and of sober habitsOwn reliable vehicleValid driver's licenseDuties:Follow up on all leads received internally and via telesalesSell security solutions to new and existing clientsGenerate and close self-sourced leadsForge relationships with estate agents, builders, architects etc.Daily, weekly and monthly reportingMotivated to achieve and exceed sale targetsMaintain all administrative duties pertaining to salesPerformance StandardsAchieve target for revenue salesAchieve target for new clientsMaintain a high standard of relationship with existing Estate clientsEnsure that all leads and quotes are followed up on timeCompetencies (Technical & Behavioural)Action orientedCustomer focusPerseveranceFunctional/Technical skillsProblem solvingTechnical LearningDrive for results
