Our client is looking for anexperienced EE administrator. Experience in the medical devices industry will be a distinct advantage. The successful candidate will perform Customer support - to ensure that all orders are processed timeously and correctly and customer satisfaction is achieved to the fullest.
Summary of Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing the following (but not limited to) duties:-
Telephonic orders
Faxed orders
Quotations
Emailed orders
Transit orders
Walk in customers
Consumable orders
Following up on backorders
Customer Support
Servicing a number of key customers
Filing
General support
Creating indents when required
Essential skills required:-
? Grade 12 / Matric
?Recognized course in Customer Service and at least one (1) year of related experience
? Medical administration experience highly advantageous
? Deep knowledge of the medical industry and products the company sells
? Good people skills
? Excellent ability to plan, organize and handle all customer queries and process orders
?Proficiency in ACCPAC , Excel, Outlook essential,Computer Literacy
? Excellent numeracy and literacy skills and attention to detail
? Skill in the operation of listed tools and equipment
? Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, other departments, vendors and the customers
Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing and a sense of urgency
