All quotes and supporting documents are correctly saved as per departmental procedures
Maintain contact with key stakeholders regarding possible orders or status of proposals
Follow up on all major quotations a nd tenders as required and ensure approval of quotes as per
business process
Handle all queries/complaints to customer satisfaction and manage internal and external customer
queries to ensure that expediting is in accordance with set standards
Update Price Lists and distribute as required
Action C1 Holds as required
Ensure debtors days are below 60 days and packaging and transport costs match to quoted rate
Manage supply contracts with mining houses as per SLA and ensure Commercial queries are dealt
with as required
Monitor projects weekly with relevant staff and distribute monthly reports by due date
Development of direct sub ordinates in their current and future jobs as needed
Ensure company HR and Disciplinary policy is adhered to
Ensure Performance Management is completed for team by review dates
Ensure that team adheres to correct processes at all times and strive for 90% delivery accuracy

Grade 12
Business Administration Diploma or any relevant Tertiary qualification
5 years administration experience in sales, with at least 3 years Management experience in a manufacturing environment
