Responsibilities:Modernise Natural applicationsMaintain and support existing NATURAL / ADABAS systemsParticipate in the development of new systems throughout the entire project lifecycleModify / enhance existing production software according to requirements and specificationsDevelop new production softwareInterface with customers daily to resolve issuesDesign, code, test, debug and document application features and changesParticipate in activities that ensure the successful use of these systemsDesign, develop, and implement enhancementsModify existing programs as part of software maintenanceInvolved in software modernisationInvolved in Entire / X and Natural developmentProvide documentation of enhancements and modifications performed as part of software maintenance / enhancementsConduct unit testing of the software modules developed / modifiedAssist with user acceptance testing (UAT) of the software modules developed / modifiedRequirements:Bachelor's Degree is preferredCertifications in Natural developmentCertifications in NaturalOne developmentProficiency in developing software using NATURAL / ADABAS development tools in a HP UX / Linux environment6 – 10 years' relevant experienceMinimum 10 years of experience in the development and strong knowledge of:NaturalNATURALOneNatural EngineerEntire / XIntegration ServerAdabasOnline & batch processingExperience with JIRA, GIT and Microsoft TFS are helpfulImplementation of technologies – NaturalExperience in all phases of systems development and implementationSolid project management and analysis skillsTeam and customer service orientedWrite and maintain documentation, instruction, and procedure guidesWork with customer(s) to correct errors and debug software and systems
