Salesforce Administration & Optimization: Configure, maintain, and enhance Salesforce CRM to support sales workflows, reporting, and data management.
Work directly with the Head of Sales to build out the Salesforce environment from scratch.
Sales Data Management: Ensure data accuracy within Salesforce by regularly auditing, updating, and managing sales records and lead pipelines.
Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify inbound leads based on predefined criteria to ensure the sales teams focus on high-potential opportunities.
Process Improvement & Automation: Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and implement automation solutions to streamline workflows.
This includes exploring automation for proposal and contract generation.
Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports and dashboards to track key sales metrics, providing insights to support decision-making.
Sales Support & Coordination: Collaborate with sales teams to support deal progression, track sales activities, and ensure proper documentation of opportunities.
Training & Documentation: Develop and maintain training materials, SOPs, and best practices to enable efficient Salesforce usage across teams.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other business tools and platforms.
Minimum Requirements: ???????Salesforce Expertise: Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM, including configuration, reporting, and automation.
Certification is preferred but not required.
Experience in Sales Operations & Process Improvement: Experience in sales operations, sales analytics, or business process improvement is essential.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights from data.
Excellent Communication Skills: Effective business English communication skills (7-8/10) are required, with the ability to clearly articulate business concepts.
Accents are acceptable.
Troubleshooting and Support: Ability to troubleshoot Salesforce-related issues and provide end-user support.
Additional Skills: Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools is a plus.
Knowledge of workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Tableau, Power BI) is also a plus.
