Job DescriptionManage risk in a high-complexity environment by developing a risk management strategy aligned with segment and group strategies for your area of accountability.
Ensure effective implementation, manage a team to deliver on this strategy, and promote platform thinking to embed risk capabilities that support risk mitigation.
Manage SLAs for the risk function and ensure compliance.Implement corporate governance, compliance, integrity, and ethics policies to identify and manage risk exposure.Stay updated on industry risk management best practices and legislative changes, suggesting improvements.Create risk awareness and address audit findings.Participate in Group risk forums and disseminate relevant information to your team.Develop a legal, risk, and compliance strategy to proactively identify risks.Oversee the implementation of related policies and procedures to ensure legislative and regulatory compliance.Interpret and apply policies to drive risk outcomes.Develop KPIs to measure risk management effectiveness.Translate business strategy into operational plans.Communicate policy changes, progress, and success factors to stakeholders.Ensure practices align with operational policies and procedures.Identify interconnected issues, assess impacts, and develop best-fit solutions.Be responsive to local conditions and influence organizational structures and systems.Implement and adjust risk management practices as needed.Foster a risk-aware culture through awareness campaigns.Escalate critical risk issues to EXCO and relevant committees.Drive innovation and best practices within the organization.Participate in communities of practice and represent the organization externally.Lead strategic projects, change management, and platform integration.Leverage group capabilities to exploit opportunities.Maintain expertise on legislative amendments and industry trends, providing advice to stakeholders.Demonstrate leadership through personal involvement and commitment.Develop collaborative relationships across the organization.Encourage participation in development activities.Manage teams to achieve performance targets and human capital objectives.Job DetailsNote: Applications will not be accepted after the specified dates.
