Our client is the largest private professional services network in the world. They are looking for an EERM Manager to join their team.Minimum Requirements
RequiredBachelor degree: Law/Informatics/Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain
Experienced at managing third party compliance programs including multiple projects.5 - 6 years of experience within professional consulting services.
PreferredUnderstanding of third party risk management processes and controls.Experience providing advice on procurement best practices, including category management planning, supplier risk assessment, supplier selection, contracting and ongoing supplier risk management.

Role Description
Supports Senior Manager in delivery of services to / at client premises on delegated engagement / projectFocus on the management and delivery of client engagements, as well as sales and practice developmentDevelop high-performing people and teams, leading and supporting them to make an impact that matters, and setting the direction to deliver exceptional client service
Core Professional and Technical CapabilitiesRisk Assessment and mitigation: Ability to advise client on establishing or improving end-to-end risk management systems, processes, and frameworks to enhance strategic alignment with business goals, enable effective decision making and response, and monitor regulatory complianceBusiness Process assessment and design: Ability to design data and technology-enabled business processes that enable value-adding business outcomesInternal Controls assessment and design: Ability to advise client on solving control design issues based on industry leading practices and regulatory requirementsData analytics and technology: Ability to interpret business analyses to identify underlying issues, patterns and relationships, and make data-driven targeted recommendationsKnows the business and the industry: Ability to build an in-depth knowledge of the client’s business and stay up-to-date on industry activities, marketplace trends, innovation efforts, and leading practicesSales and business development: Ability to apply profitability management and sales fundamentals to support projects and pursuitsGlobal Mind-set: Ability to leverage cross-geography insights and practitioners to enhance client service delivery
Specialized Technical capabilitiesDevelops a domain subject matter expertise: Ability to leverage a strong domain expertise to enable the design of comprehensive and strategically aligned Extended Enterprise Risk Management (EERM) solutionsLeads EERM transformations: Ability to advise client on strategic and tactical recommendations to design high-performing EERM infrastructuresPlans and manages EERM solutions: Ability to design and manage data-driven EERM solutions to address client’s gaps considering regulations, frameworks, and industry leading practices
Key Performance areasStrategic Impact: Support the Senior Manager on delivery of designated engagement / project, managing the implementation of the agreed deliverablesBudgets / Profitability: Manage engagement budget through accurate budgeting, cost control and profitability management
