What youll be doing: Delivering & setting up RFID printers, scanners, hardware, and consumables Designing and editing label templates (Zebra printers, ZPL) Troubleshooting hardware issues (on-site & remote) Assisting with RFID tagging, training, and implementation Managing support tickets and resolving issues promptly Were looking for someone who has: IT or tech support experience A valid drivers licence own vehicle A willingness to travel to client sites An organised, reliable, and proactive approach Bonus if youve worked with: RFID systems Zebra printers or similar devices Retail or warehouse tech
