Duties and responsibilities: This role is essential to lead the development of advanced radar, radio, and signal intelligence systems, ensuring cutting-edge solutions meet industry standards and compliance.
This position focuses on defining product architecture, overseeing RF and antenna designs, maintaining quality assurance, and driving innovation through strategic planning and mentorship of the engineering team.
It combines technical expertise with leadership to solve complex RF challenges.
