Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive analysis of reward policies, external market trends, regulations, and legislation Support the implementation of the reward and performance strategy Conduct survey submissions and research reward practices for continuous improvement Work closely with HR Business Partners to ensure policies are well-communicated and understood Assist in benchmarking and interpreting market data to support competitive pay decisions What Youll Need: Strong MS Excel proficiency Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Experience in compensation, benefits, and reward structures Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
