SUMMARY :To provide comprehensive administrative support services.POSITION INFO :BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION :Provide specific administrative support to customersAttend to various standard enquiries, as well as urgent pension-related enquiries in the absence of the advisors; escalate as necessary.Assist dependents with the completion of claim documents.Complete and submit death claim forms promptly, attaching certified documents in accordance with standard procedures.Explain medical benefits/processes to pensioners, assist them in making decisions on medical or option changes, and submit forms to Head Office.Refer pensioners with medical enquiries to the relevant departments within their respective medical aid schemes.Prepare and arrange cheque requisitions for death benefits.Receive, issue (duplicate), and submit EOS forms in accordance with stipulated procedures.Handle EOS forms for foreign-based pensioners.Plan, arrange, execute, and oversee pensioner functions.Provide general office administrationCompose and deliver various written documents (slides, memos, letters, etc.)
according to required standards.Manage telephonic queries effectively, capture messages accurately, and disseminate information appropriately.Handle incoming and outgoing faxes and mail.Develop and maintain an organized office filing system.Order, store, and issue stationery within budget constraints, minimizing waste.Accurately capture budget-related data in the computerized system.Schedule office meetings based on availability.Maintain and update the asset register as needed.REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS :Relevant DiplomaRE5 certificationAt least 2 years of relevant work experienceKnowledge of the Retirement Fund industry is advantageous
