Bring the brand to life in store by driving a customer-centric culture, managing operational needs and improving organizational processes of retail stores.
Manage retail stores to maximise sales and profitability and maintain and increase standards of customer service. Successfully implement and enforce company standards instore and oversee instore merchandising. Line manage, motivate and train sales staff and conduct frequent follow-ups ensuring delegated tasks are completed. Conduct stock counts and ensure store maintenance is optimal.
Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
3 – 4 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably a Retail environment
Own reliable vehicle
Solid IR knowledge, HR and people management skills essential
Exceptional organizational skills – must be able to manage numerous stores
Strong planning, decision making and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication (written and verbal)
People management and customer service skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Willing to travel extensively throughout South Africa and work necessary hours to meet operational outcomes
