Job Description: You'll be the driving force behind planning and executing campaigns, liaising with clients, tracking timelines, and ensuring our team is set up for success.
If you're results-driven, hands-on, and have a sharp eye for detail, this role is for you!
What You'll Be Doing: Planning and organizing installation resources.
Making sure the team is prepped and ready for their tasks.
Working closely with our logistics guru to ensure everything arrives on time.
Supporting installation teams and troubleshooting challenges.
Reviewing and signing off on installation photos.
Keeping the client in the loop and ensuring top-notch quality control.
Compiling audit & completion reports (yep, we love keeping things documented!).
What We're Looking For: 1-2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator (or similar).
Background in Visual Merchandising/shopfitting?
That's a BIG plus!
A degree in Business Admin or Project Management would be great.
Tech-savvy with strong Excel skills.
Valid driver's license & own transport – you'll need to be mobile.
Highly organized & deadline-driven (we move fast!).
Excellent problem-solving skills & attention to detail.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Willing to put in extra hours when needed.
