Qualifications and Experience Grade 12 / Matric A minimum of 6 months? experience cashier/till operations experience Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office Strong command of the English language Basic customer service Strong time-keeping Duties Establish a professional relationship with customers Helping with special promotions and ordering stock. Adhere to the customer turnover hourly rate - Be aware of current sales and promotions Ensure colleagues and customers are not exposed to any risk Serving customers and dealing with customer queries and complaints.
