Details of the offer

REQUIREMENTS: Matric plus minimum 3 - 5 years Admin experience
Dealing with retail stores advantageous
Excellent communication and follow up skills
Highly organised
Good proficient computer skills in Word, Excel
SAP experience advantageous
DUTIES:
Organisation of stationary requirements, packing and sending from Head Office to stores
Manage Shopping bag requirements for stores
Creating of Purchase Orders as and when needed on inhouse system
Be the Contact point for voucher queries
Compiling uniform call offs and uniform size compilation
Follow up with stores managing the Net Promoter Scores on closing calls
Direct Marketing support
Assist with claims, petty cash, travelling, collating of all forms required and received
Manage the maintenance for general items - speedpoints, telephones etc.
Follow-up calls with vendors
Daily, weekly & monthly reports for District Managers
Senior Operations Support: travelling, claims, general reporting, diary maintenance
Stationary supplier orders: security tape, shopping bags, barcode labels etc
Assist with compilation of Store Opening Presentation decks when needed
Ad-hoc requests based on business requirements
Salary: R dependent on experience
