Job Duties:Oversee daily operations of the restaurantEnsure high standards of service and guest satisfactionManage and motivate restaurant staffDevelop and implement strategies to increase revenueMaintain cleanliness and hygiene standardsMonitor inventory and order supplies as neededRequired Qualifications:Previous experience in a similar roleKnowledge of luxury, 5-star, and boutique standardsStrong guest-focused mindsetAbility to work hard and be flexibleAttention to detailEducation:Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
Experience:Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management in a luxury, 5 star or boutique environment
