Restaurant Front Of House Manager

We are looking for a motivated enthusiastic individual to join our front of house team

We are a cutting edge plantbased health food spot located in Sea Point. We are looking for a professional restaurant front of house manager to run FOH operations to the exact standard and quality specifications established by our management team.

Front of House Manager Duties

Manage the Reception, Telephony, Reservations, Food Bev Service and Cleanliness over a large account.
Deliver the professional greeting of clients and visitors, to the highest standards
Monitor, manage and review FOH staff performance and Cleaning processes
Ensure team consistency in delivery of exceptional front of house services
Implement dynamic operational working procedures, to support the delivery of service excellence
Develop strong communication and line reporting procedures to guide service implementation making improvements or changes where required
Implement safe working practices to ensure safety of staff and customers
Lead monthly FOH management report meetings with Ops Management and build strong relationships with Back of House Management
Monitor the teams performance promoting achievements and identifying weaker areas for improvement
Stepping in and assisting front of house when needed
Perform Daily, Weekly and Monthly Cash Ups and maintain high standard of filing procedures
Perform thorough FOH stock takes while monitoring consistent PAR Levels for Deli Retail items
Load new menu items on Point of Sale system and ensure correct pricing
iKentoo or LightSpeed POS experience advantageous
