This safari camp, nestled in the heart of the bushveld, is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Reservationist to join our team.Candidate requirements: Must have at least 3 years of previous experience in a Reservations role within a Lodge environmentProficient in using booking systems like Nightsbridge and OTA platformsStrong organizational and time-management skillsHave financial awareness invoicing and processing paymentsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, telephonic and via emailHave a high-level approach to customer service and guest delightBe an enthusiastic individual with a positive outlookAbility to work efficiently under pressure, meet deadlines and multitask very wellHave great interpersonal and people skillsMust be able to work well within a teamBe able to perform tasks with attention to detail, efficiency and accuracyLive-out/Hybrid - this is a remote role ONLY for candidates residing in Hoedspruit.
You can work from home, but must be able to visit the property once a week.
