Reservationist - Elite Group - Cape Town

Kendrick Recruitment are now looking for a Reservationist for a fantastic group of hospitality properties to start ASAP. You will be required to work from Head Office in Cape Town, we are looking for someone who is passionate and organised and is able to offer 5* service to clients of this elite group.Minimum Requirements:Grade 12 certificate; Diploma in Hotel Management would be advantageousMust have at least 1 years' experience in hotel reservationsComputer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and ExcelExperience at operator level of Property Management System – exposure to Opera advantageousOutstanding telephone mannerSolid English verbal and written communication skillsAble to work occasional weekends and holidaysKey Responsibilities include:To ensure that guests receive an exceptional guest experience that goes beyond their expectationsEnsuring that all correspondence with clients reflects the professionalism of the company standard and enhances the relationships with key suppliersTo ensure that reservations are made and updated accurately, efficiently and comprehensively in accordance with standards.To ensure that all reservations related administration and reporting is completed timeously ensuring accuracy and precision in accordance with SOPSalary is market realted depending on experience.
