Job Overview:A oven-repair & cleaning company in Durban is looking for a Repair Technician.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing repair work, managing a team of technicians, ensuring quality control, and delivering excellent client service.Duties and Responsibilities:Supervise repair technicians and allocate tasks accordinglyInspect and test damaged or faulty equipmentEnsure repairs are completed efficiently and to high-quality standardsManage inventory of parts and equipmentCommunicate with clients to understand their repair needs and provide updatesTrain new technicians on repair techniques and safety proceduresTraveling to clients all around DurbanEnsure company vehicle is neat and taken care of.Requirements (non-negotiable)Technical experienceBe client-focusedPossess a valid driver's licenseExhibit professionalism in all interactions.Industry-specific training will be provided for the right candidate.Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
