Remuneration Assistant

Sanlam Developing Markets (SDM) (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sanlam Life Limited) is one of the top financial services providers in the South African entry-level and emerging middle market.
It aims to understand the unique requirements of clients and offers a wide range of simple and affordable financial solutions that cover needs such as funeral insurance, savings for education, life cover, and personal accident plans.
SDM is managed by the SA Retail Mass cluster, part of the Sanlam Life and Savings cluster within the Sanlam Group, focusing on retail products and group schemes.
What will you do?
Under general supervision, performs clerical duties for functional groups, including compiling and arranging data, making standard computations, processing and coding documents, and maintaining records and files.
Routines are generally prescribed, with supervision readily available.
What will make you successful in this role?
Qualification and Experience
Grade 12 with 1 to 2 years of related experience.
Knowledge and Skills

Processing transactions and conducting simple calculations
Data collection and analysis
Record keeping, filing, and database maintenance
Maintaining work standards and quality verification
