Key performance areas • Implement an aligned reward, compensation and employee benefits strategy and plan • Co-create the country specific HR Services plan to build HR functional excellence • Develop and align policies taking Group Office and local legislation requirements into consideration • Develop and implement ways to ensure legislative and governance compliance (HR audits) • Oversee the HR administration function and ensure accurate employee master data and management of information • Provide coaching on how to use HR Systems and ensure data accuracy • Ensures adherence to regulatory and corporate governance minimum standards • Oversee the efficiency and accuracy of reward administration • Provide accurate reports and analytics for effective decision making • Ensure the availability and accessibility of relevant and accurate HR masterdata (incl. employee-related data, biometrics, leave, remuneration and reward, and organisational structure data) • Custodian of accurate HR master data • Delivers meaningful and consolidated HR reports with insights and recommendations to improve productivity and reduce wasteful cost Your solution to employment... • Lead initiatives, in conjunction with Group HR Services, to drive operational HR administration excellence • Effectively utilises and drives the use of automated systems and technology where available • Support the adoption of HR best practice processes and templates. • Provide support with people moving within business, retiring and onboarding of new employees • Oversee the co-ordination of employees’ events eg. long service awards, offcrop function • Facilitate periodic remuneration and rewards survey • Manage work permits for foreign employees and service providers / consultants • Provide input to wage and salary negotiations and provide meaningful, decision making information on remuneration • Promote and adhere to Company’s procedures, policies and guidelines,
