Private estate with extensive conferencing facilities in Sandton is looking for a Relief Receptionist (October - January / 4 month contract)
Organisation of the office as follows:
manning of the switchboard
manning of the front desk facility
maintenance of office equipment
control of stationery
Reservations and programs for accommodation, functions and meetings.
Assisting with welcoming of conference guests where possible.
Daily updating and printing of arrivals lists.
Printing of wifi access codes.
External mail and DHL.
South African Citizen.
Fluent in English. Ability to speak/understand Afrikaans would be a plus.
A Matric Certificate.
Office administration background.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Professional appearance; neat and presentable.
Effective verbal and listening communication skills.
Good knowledge and at least 3 years experience with MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook. Must be comfortable and able to work efficiently with spreadsheets.
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise and multi-task.
