Job Advert: Temporary Registered Manager (CQC Registered)Location: East LondonSalary: £17.00 - 21.00 PAYEHours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday)Duration: Ongoing contractInformation around the Registered Care Home:Provides 24-hour support to high-level mental health needs clientsManaging a team of up to 15 staff members and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care in compliance with CQC regulationsKey Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring compliance with CQC standardsManage and support staff, fostering a positive and effective working environmentDevelop and implement care plans tailored to the needs of residentsConduct regular audits and quality assurance checks to maintain high care standardsCollaborate with external stakeholders and professionals to enhance service deliveryQualifications and Experience:Must be a CQC registered managerPrevious experience managing CQC-compliant mental health servicesIn-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and care standardsStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities
