Hire Resolve's client in the clothing retail industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Regional Visual Merchandise Manager to join their team in the Cape Town, Western Cape.ResponsibilitiesManage, direct, and evaluate the visual merchandise of the clothing retail stores in the assigned region.Develop and implement regional visual merchandise strategies to meet the company's objectivesMonitor the implementation of visual merchandise policies and procedures and ensure that the stores comply with themSupervise and train employees regarding visual merchandise techniques, methods, and standardsCreate and implement displays, merchandising plans, and other promotional initiatives to attract customers and increase salesAnalyze sales data and establish visual merchandise changes to drive sales and improve customer engagementStay aware of fashion trends and competitors' visual merchandising strategiesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or MerchandisingAt least 5 years of experience in visual merchandise, preferably in a retail settingKnowledge of merchandising principles, trends, and standardsDemonstrated ability to lead a team and develop effective visual merchandise strategiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to analyse sales data and implement effective visual merchandise changesWillingness to travel within the assigned regionMust be situated in the Western CapeBenefitsSalary: Rk/yr – Rk/yr, negotiableTraining & Development Family Leave You are also welcome to contact Ashley Feldtmann on LinkedIn. Please note that correspondence will only be conducted with shortlisted candidates for this position.
