Regional Technical Manager

Key Responsibilities: â Implement and manage planned, preventative, and corrective maintenance strategies.
â Identify and mitigate maintenance risks on client properties.
â Oversee HSE, Quality & Risk Management systems.
â Optimize resource utilization and ensure timely procurement of parts.
â Monitor contractor performance and manage supplier SLAs.
â Provide technical support on projects and ensure infrastructure maintenance compliance.
â Lead and develop a high-performing technical team.
Requirements: B-Tech/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
Relevant Trade Test and Matric qualification.
Minimum 5 years experience in maintenance engineering, CRM & property management.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office & SAP; knowledge of OHS Act & ISO 9001.
Valid SA drivers license.
