The Regionals manager's responsibilities include sourcing and retaining solid talent, managing, and leading the sales and service team members while managing their region's head count, and performance of headcount to regional targets. You will have to liaise with the executive team, marketing team, product heads, and all office administrators on a regular basis, depending on the task requirement at hand. Duties & Responsibilities Leadership & Development: Leading the regional team under your custodian to build culture and align initiatives and targets to company strategy and budget objectives Leading, guiding, and developing Consultants, Hybrids, and Account Managers within your region to reach their true potential within the group Identifying and recruiting correctly skilled, ambitious, and motivated team members to fulfill the sales and service team requirements within the region. Sales & Marketing: New business acquisition to meet and/or exceed the monthly, quarterly, and annual budget targets set. The above is to be achieved through the Business consultant, Hybrid, and Account Manager team reporting directly to yourself Closely monitor sales and service team members' performance through the achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to ensure optimal team activity and output. Identify and develop opportunities for sales growth. Team management: Management of non-performing team members quickly Managing the team expenses and commercials fuel, SNT, Cell phone expenses, and travel requests Cost Control: Assume responsibility for and ensure: Overall control of staff costs to budget Overall office, vehicle, travel, and logistics costs minimized and/or aligned to budget or specific project plans. Administration: Reporting: Ensure weekly and monthly reporting to the Sales Manager (and/or other senior management as required) is completed thoroughly, accurately, and timeously.
