Matric and relevant tertiary qualification 3 - 5 years specialist recruitment/ talent acquisition experience in a recruitment agency with a proven track record (Not Negotiable) Solid understanding of the recruitment life cycle. Ability to work under pressure and handle conflicting deadlines with a sense of urgency Excellent hit rate Proof of previous placements made 360-degree recruitment experience and business development Must be competent and proficient in all MS Office packages Strong business development experience Excellent communication skills Valid drivers license and own transport
