Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and market trends to support decision-making and strategy development. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in engineering recruitment to enhance sourcing effectiveness and efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering, human resources, business administration, or a related field. Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sourcing, preferably within the engineering or technology sector. Strong research and sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates using various online and offline channels. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and colleagues. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and placement partner.
