We are seeking a Business Development Officer / Recruitment Consultant for a permanent vacancy based in Gqeberha, Eastern Cape.
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: 3 years' sales consulting experience in the recruitment or related industry Ideally the candidate should have connections in local business Matric, drivers license and own vehicle Must have good communication skills with an outgoing personality, and willing to do client visits Have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets Good MS Office skills with Placement Partner and Pnet experience beneficial Good admin skills and attention to detail The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Use sales, business development, and networking to attract business from client companies Visiting clients (existing and new) to build and develop relationships Developing a good understanding of client companies.
Drawing up job vacancies for advertising purposes, and utilizing candidate databases to match the right person to the vacancy.
