An incredibly exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the leading Sales recruitment teams in London. Aspire are an award-winning recruitment agency based in fantastic modern offices just near Tottenham Court Road and we specialise in the ever-expanding digital and media industries. As a Consultant, you will be joining our Sales team (who historically are one of the best-performing divisions of the business!) in a role that will be fast-paced, varied and working in a very close-knit team. We are looking for an enthusiastic salesperson to come on board ASAP to take the initiative in developing our client base as well as work on roles with existing accounts.
You will be joining our Sales team who focus on recruiting commercial and strategic roles across our varied client base - this could be media sales, advertising technology, SaaS, technology platforms...you name it, if they have a Sales team (which every business does!), this team can successfully recruit those roles. Not only can you work with almost any client in the Sales team, but at all levels (from £25k-100k+) and all types of commercial role from Business Development to Account Management, Client Services and Strategy. The opportunity to work with entrepreneurial businesses and candidates is endless, as is the earning potential!
The successful candidate for this role will have:
- Prior experience in recruitment extremely beneficial - in any sector
- Money-hungry, eager to earn some great money!
- Experience within sales (ideally phone-based/B2B)
- Solid understanding of what a role in recruitment entails
- Passion and enthusiasm for working with media, digital and technology companies
- A strong work-ethic
- Enthusiastic personality
- Willingness to learn
