Job Title: Recruitment and Selection Officer (Assistant Professional Officer) Location: South Africa, Western Cape, City of Cape Town Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Human Resources Secondary Industry: Public Sector Salary: Basic Salary R 395 945 per annum Job Duties: To provide a client centric and proactive service to all clients in respect of the City's staffing requirements.
To provide specialist advice, guidance and support to all components of the staffing value chain ensuring a comprehensive and integrated service to all stakeholders.
To assist in conducting research and benchmarking of best practices in the staffing environment to ensure a centre of excellence approach in the department.
Required Qualifications: An appropriate tertiary qualification (National Diploma, Btech/Bdegree) to the Human Resources discipline.
Up to 1 years' experience in a Staffing unit/Recruitment and Selection function  Knowledge of competency-based recruitment methodologies Valid driver's licence Education: An appropriate tertiary qualification (National Diploma, Btech/Bdegree) to the Human Resources discipline.
