Identify and recommend progressive tools and strategies for building Consulting Sector employment brand and Consulting Sector Employment Value Proposition (EVP) in the external market, including social media and digital channels.
Partner with global team members to deliver employer brand strategies and campaigns that maintain the integrity of Consulting Sector EVP and build Consulting Sector employment brand and reputation in local and global talent markets.
Partner effectively with k Consulting Sector organizational stakeholders in CONSULTING SECTOR to align internal and external communication strategies; engage recruiters and sourcing team to align on resources to support the candidate experience.
Manage CONSULTING SECTOR Talent Community communication strategy to build a diverse pipeline of talent for critical recruitment initiatives.
Responsible for content creation, communication and engagement strategies in social media while closely partnering with the corporate digital strategy team.
Create awareness and excitement around the CONSULTING SECTOR employment experience through support and active participation in industry specific conferences and events.
Lead and influence the Regional recruitment team in providing consistent, high-quality service to clients and ensures a best-in-class and consistent experience.
Responsibilities, Qualifications, Certifications
Bachelor’s Degree required. BS or BA in Human Resources, Design and/or Communications preferred
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Communications, or other relevant business experience
Experience building and utilizing social media strategies • Strong client and end user focus. Passionate about understanding CONSULTING SECTOR business drivers
Project management and stakeholder management experience
Experience leading people communications across a geography with proven and demonstrable results
Experience managing diverse and virtual high-performance teams
Proven ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with senior-level stakeholders Skills and behavioural attributes:
