Currently looking for an experienced and immediately available receptionists to carry out a number of assignments on an ad-hoc basis for our busy, high end clients.
JOB ROLE: Temporary Receptionist
COMPANY: Various companies
HOURS: shifts between 8am - 6pm
SALARY: £10 - £12 per hour
LOCATION: West End
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
- Meeting and greeting all visitors to the office
- Taking receipt of deliveries
- Answering incoming calls and taking messages
- Sorting and distributing post
- Basic Administration
- Preparing rooms for meetings
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
- Great communication skills
- Professionally presented
- Customer Service / Reception experience
- Good general IT skills
- A warm and professional manner
