Full responsibility of the Switchboard and Reception Area Field and direct all queries on Nampak products Receive, sort and distribute mail Receive and distribute parcels Receive visitors Assist with administrative tasks Responsible for full courier function Administration of Behaviour Based Safety (BBS) forms Maintain and update internal telephone list Candidate Requirements Have Matric (Grade 12) Have a minimum one year?s experience operating a computerised switchboard, as well as reception duties Be computer literate ? be competent in MS Office Have a good command of English and Afrikaans languages Be presentable with the projection of a professional image at all times Have good interpersonal and communication skills Must be willing to work as part of a team Have a good track record of timekeeping and punctuality
