Details of the offer

We are looking for a confident, organised individual with a can do attitude to join the SSQ’s team as a Receptionist. Throughout your time with the company, you will work alongside the current receptionist ensuring the smooth running of the office and provide professional customer service to clients whilst working towards your Level 3 Business Administrator qualification.

A typical day

- Meet and greet all clients and candidates
- Schedule meeting rooms
- Set up meeting rooms and arranging lunches when needed
- Provide support to the PA team
- Answering the telephone, taking messages / re-directing calls and dealing with general enquiries
- Organise all deliveries and post
- Liaising with external providers and vendors
- Keeping reception, meeting rooms & client kitchen tidy at all times

You must have

- Five GCSE grades C - A* (4-9) or equivalent, including English and Maths

- Confident and polite telephone manner
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to work on your own initiative and take responsibility where appropriate but also to work as part of a team
- Good organisational skills
- Eagerness to learn and get stuck in on a variety of tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook (desirable)
