Answering the phone promptly
Input stats into Bar report daily
TeleWare reports
Managing the Petty Cash
Ordering of stationary for the branch
Filing, faxing, typing and photocopying
Courier / driver and post sending and receiving administration
Buying groceries for the Office
Ensuring meeting rooms / interview rooms time are coordinated, booked and confirmed
Co-ordinating the office support / cleaner in ensuring the reception area is up to standard and is cleaned regularly
CV typing (maintain the minimum standard) with minimum errors
Systems and admin procedures to continuously be reviewed and improved on
Handling difficult situations with extreme professionalism

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years’ experience, within a similar role
Intermediate computer skills on Microsoft Word and Excel

Grade 12
