An Estate Agency is looking for energetic and motivated Real Estate Agents, based in Gauteng - Roodepoort:POSITION INFO:Responsibilities:Sourcing and marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers.Performing comparative market analysis to estimate property values.Providing guidance and assisting sellers and purchasers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.Determining clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.Intermediate negotiation processes, consulting clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealings.Displaying and marketing property to potential purchasers.Preparing and completing required documentation.Maintaining and updating listings of available properties.Cooperating with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, and home inspectors.Requirements:A valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) as issued by PPRA.Access to Wi-Fi (Teams).Must be well spoken, friendly, trustworthy, and punctual.Matriculation.Experience as a Real Estate Agent preferred but not a must.Proven track record of successful sales.Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle.Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
