Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?Role PurposeThe key purpose of this role is to lead and facilitate the Brewing Raw Materials department to meet production requirements while maintaining a safe work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with Logistics Pillar Implementation.Interpret and implement production plans to ensure raw material availability.Ensure stock accuracy in SAP and MES systems.Maintain SAP master data accuracy.Ensure MRP KPI compliance.Audit materials stock reconciliation.Provide information to brewery stakeholders, zone planning, and suppliers.Participate in situational and systemic problem solving.Investigate and minimize material transfer losses.Assist with new material trials as needed.Manage supplier relationships.Support DPR Controller and Scheduler.Support training and coaching needs.Ensure PTP adherence and GR/IR follow-up.Maintain hygiene compliance.Manage related by-products.Key Attributes and CompetenciesStrong interpersonal and negotiation skills.Financial acumen.Ability to plan and coordinate.Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.High energy levels.Effective communication at all levels.Good problem-solving and analytical skills.Flexibility, innovation, and adaptability.Minimum RequirementsRelevant B Degree or National Diploma.At least 2-3 years experience in logistics or procurement.Proficiency in PC literacy and SAP.Understanding of brewing materials and processes is advantageous.Additional InformationSAB is an equal opportunity employer, committed to employment equity and promoting gender equality.
