Are you a skilled Quantity Surveyor with a solid consulting background and a passion for delivering high-quality building projects?
A well-established consultancy in Cape Town is looking for a dynamic QS to join their team and contribute to a growing portfolio of commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.
What Youll Be Doing: · Deliver full pre- and post-contract QS services on building projects · Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, tender documentation, and progress claims · Monitor project budgets and manage variations and final accounts · Liaise with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams · Support delivery of multiple projects from inception to completion What Theyre Looking For: · BSc/BTech in Quantity Surveying · Minimum 5 years experience in a consulting (PQS) environment · Strong background in building construction projects · Proficiency in WinQS, DimensionX, or similar software · Excellent communication and client-facing skills · Professional registration with SACQSP (or in progress) If you're ready to take your consulting QS career to the next level we'd love to hear from you!
