Job Summary:Experienced Quality Team Leader with a minimum of 1 year expertise in managing quality assurance teams, particularly within the roadside assistance sector.Key Skills:Leadership: Strong ability to lead and motivate a team of quality agents.Roadside Assistance: In-depth knowledge of protocols and best practices in roadside assistance or car insurance.Client Relationship Management: Skilled in building and maintaining positive client relationships.Quality Assurance: Expertise in developing and implementing quality assurance processes.Account Management: Proficient in managing multiple client accounts and ensuring compliance with service standards.Problem-Solving: Effective at identifying and resolving quality-related issues.Key Responsibilities:Team Management: Lead and manage a team of quality agents, ensuring daily tasks and objectives are met.Account Management: Oversee the quality assurance processes for multiple client accounts, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards.Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures to ensure high standards of service.Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and support to quality agents to enhance their skills and performance.Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, client satisfaction, and quality metrics.Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues related to quality assurance and client satisfaction.Qualifications:Open to existing Team leaders with experience in the Quality and roadside assistance sector.Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality assurance role, with at least 1 year in a leadership position.Matric.2 years experience in the BPO industry.
