Quality Systems Specialist

Our client is seeking an experienced Quality Systems Specialist to be based in Durban.     Minimum Requirements: Qualifications in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field. >3 years' experience in Quality Assurance and or Quality Standards. Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001-2015 and ISO14001-2015) Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive decision making and process improvement. Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate complex quality concepts to diverse stakeholders. Understands the importance of deadlines and can work accurately and efficiently under pressure.   Key Duties: Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance systems in alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Compile and seek approval for the annual audit schedule. Effect system audits inline with the approved schedule. Maintain Quality assurance manual. Train new auditors. Document audit findings and review once the process owner submit corrective actions. Verify that corrective actions are implemented.
