We're seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Quality Manager.Factory Environment: Embrace the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art factory.Overtime Commitment: Be prepared to work overtime as indicated in the employment contract.Effective Communication: Communicate fluently in English.Punctuality and Professionalism: Exhibit punctuality and maintain a professional demeanour at all times.Primary Duties:Documented Quality System: Develop a comprehensive quality system for all products used and produced.Defective Products Records: Keep meticulous records of defective products and outline corrective actions.Customer Feedback Procedure: Establish a robust customer feedback procedure and document failures or rejects.Supplier Liaison: Collaborate with suppliers on the quality aspects of supplied products.Quality Assurance Methods: Develop and document quality assurance methods for various operational areas.Mould Inspection: Conduct regular mould inspections, maintaining a detailed register.Technical Drawings: Ensure all technical drawings are up to date.Reports to Management: Provide detailed weekly and monthly reports on quality control and assurance.Random Tests: Perform documented random tests on raw materials and finished goods.Branch Liaison: Communicate with branches to ensure the quality of goods and products.Traceability Reports: Create comprehensive traceability reports.Production Assistance: Assist in the production or assembly of various items as needed.Stock Takes: Collaborate in stock takes when required.Mould Maintenance: Maintain accurate maintenance records on all moulds and mould numbers.Secondary Duties:Safety Adherence: Strictly adhere to safety requirements within the factory.Proactive Procedures: Proactively ensure procedures are followed.Government Quality Compliance: Ensure products adhere to government quality requirements.Security Maintenance: Ensure alarms and security measures are in place and functional.
