Quality Control Administrator - JohannesburgThe ideal candidate would be responsible for:Maintain quality and food safety in the facility.Assist during internal and external audits.Review records and corrective actions of the previous day for both shifts.Update the quality report daily, weekly, and monthly.Update all trends necessary for quality purposes.Assist with mock recalls when required.Ensure calibration of equipment is conducted before or on time.Review QC documents on a daily basis.Contribute to maintaining the processing budget.Circulate Quality Reports.Raise NCR where required and manage the NCR tracker.Assist with the intake report in the absence of the processing administrator.The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:Matric; and relevant Supervisory/Management qualification and Food Science/Microbiology degree or food technology diploma.Poultry meat Inspector training will be an added advantage.Experience with FSSC 22000 as well as Laboratory standards ISO 17025.Experience with Animal Welfare standards.
