Quality Assurance Manager

START DATE : A.S.A.P / ImmediateREQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related fieldAt least 5 + years' experienceStrong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and toolsFamiliarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001)Excellent problem-solving, decision making and analytical skillsA results-driven approach and a keen eye for detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in quality assurance software and Microsoft Office SuiteWorking under pressure and deadline drivenAbility to multi-task across many brands DUTIES: Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.Ensure our products and development processes meet the highest standard of quality and reliability.Collaborate with our supplier's production team to ensure compliance with quality standards.Visit supplier sites and assist operations by tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as CSR, environmental, and health and safety performance.Identify and troubleshoot quality issues and recommend corrective actions.Maintain accurate records of inspections, errors and corrective actions.Analyze quality data and generate reports for management.Ensure that manufacturing processes comply with industry standards and regulations.Train warehouse staff on quality control procedures and best practices.Implementing appropriate Financial Controls to ensure that spend is appropriately managed and cost saving initiatives identified and initiated where appropriate.Conduct inspections on products received.Develop or update procedures for capture, investigation, and documentation of product complaints.
HOURS: Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
