Quality Assurance Manager

Our client based in Epping is looking to appoint a Quality Assurance Manager with a strong Manufacturing background.
General: ISO experience Excellent time management skills and ensure to adhere to times stipulated on the Employee contract.Ensure you are neat and tidy and conduct yourself in a professional manner with all stakeholders.Adhere to all policies set out by the company and follow all processes and procedures of the company.Must have excellent communication skills, problem solving skills and conflict management skills.Ensure record keeping of all key documents and ensure paper trail is always maintained.Ensure the working area is neat, tidy, and safe always.Tasks and Responsibilities:Ensure our product to our customer is of high quality and to the customer requirements.Measuring products, conducting tests and inspecting machinery to determine the quality of products and services.Communicating with supervisory staff and quality auditors to report defects, propose improvements, and verify standards and specifications.Documenting and monitoring quality issues and customer samplesExamining the appearance and functionality of products and offering corrective feedback if neededFollowing up and controlling the repair services and the quality of activities and/or support receivedAs and when required do colour mixing to get print right for customers.Reporting and feedback:Report daily activities.Report all material issues/concerns.Provide feedback on improvement.Preference will be given to candidates who are immediately available as this role is crucial to fill.
