Duties:Perform diagnostics, responsible for diagnosing vehicle concerns and suggesting workable solutionsMaintenance, repair vehicles accurately and within a reasonable time frame and with a quality of work that exceeds customer expectationsPerform advanced removals and replacements, and diagnostic work accurately according to daily work orders as received from managerKnows, understands, and performs all duties of all Technician rolesAdhere to all manufacturer standardsObserves and follows all necessary safety regulations when operating machinery, equipment, and toolsPerform work of other members of the service department if business necessitatesPerform any other duties either necessary for customer service or perceived by or assigned to the jobProvide excellent customer serviceRequirements:Qualified Technician with a minimum of 3 years previous experience diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and maintaining Mercedes Benz Passenger Vehicles in the role of Qualified Technician in a dealership environmentMERCEDEZ-BENZ EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL the brands systems, diagnostics, and service standardsProficient in the use of Diagnostic tools and equipmentThe suitable candidate MUST BE RED SEAL CERTIFIEDDrivers License Please note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
